The Facilitating Access to Skilled Talent (FAST) Canada program—delivered by the Immigrant Employment Council of BC (IECBC)—offers online, self-paced learning to help newcomers explore career options across sectors and understand where their experience fits.

With FAST, you’ll gain practical insights into your chosen sector, its requirements in Canada, and how your skills and experience may align with workplaces here.
You’ll have up to 8 weeks to complete your chosen stream and reap the benefits of your hard work.
